Getting listed
Three steps, about ten minutes.
Register in the app
Societies tab, then "Register your society". Name, description, logo, category, your committee role, and your Instagram or SU page so we can check you're real.
We approve it
We look at the links, approve the society, and you become its first admin. You add the rest of the committee yourself.
Post your first event
From the Host tab. It appears for everyone following you, and everyone browsing what's on.

Do we have to stop posting on Instagram?
No. Keep doing exactly what you're doing. This is an additional place your events live, one that doesn't expire and that reaches students who don't follow you yet.
What does it cost?
Nothing.
Can people outside LSE come?
Yes, for open events. Share the event's link and anyone can sign up from the web page with their name and email — they don't need an LSE address or the app.
Who on committee can post?
Whoever you want. Admin access covers the whole committee, so it isn't stuck on one person's phone when they're in a lecture.
What happens at handover?
The society page belongs to the society, not to whoever set it up. You pass admin access on the way you pass everything else, and the events stay attached to the page.
What do you do with our sign-ups?
They're yours. We use them to run the event and to show students what's on, and guests' details are erased ninety days after the event. We don't sell them and we don't pass them on.
